Background: On December 31, 2007 at approximately 2pm, Michael S. Cho, a 25 year old UCLA graduate, was shot and killed by La Habra policemen who were responding to a vandalism complaint. They shot him over 10 times. Policemen justified the shooting by claiming that he was holding a tire iron in his left hand and made a "motion to attack".
